Description: Once the hand signs have been completed, the user will charge their hands with storm chakra. They can then pull out a thin solid rod of plasma energy from their palms. These rods can extend up to 4 feet, and are about an inch thick. One activation of this jutsu allows the user to produce up to 3 individual rods during the duration of the jutsu. (All 3 can be produced with one action). These rods are solid pulsing plasma, and are able to burn and even cut through soft tissue and weak material. These rods can be held by the user, or, in addition, the rods are sticky on either end. The user can detach the rod from their palms and stick them to solid surfaces, like the ground or a wall. Once stuck, the rod will remain there until the end of the jutsu duration.
