Description: By forming the needed signs, the user can create up to three basketball sized orbs of pure storm energy. These orbs will manifest themselves any where in the surrounding area, up to 20 meters from the user, with the user being the center of its range. Once formed, these orbs will hover three feet off the ground, free floating in their spot. If the orb comes into contact with an object or a person, it will burn it or attempt to cut through. The orbs are condensed, pulsating plasma, and can burn or cut through objects. These orbs will float in place for the duration of the jutsu, then vanish once finished.
